Harbor & Hearth began in 2016 when founder Elena Vasquez — a third-generation Ann Arbor resident — struggled to find a property manager who treated her childhood home with the care it deserved. The big firms were impersonal. The small ones were unreliable. So she built what she couldn't find.
What started with managing her own family's property has grown into Washtenaw County's most trusted boutique property management firm. We now steward over 200 homes across Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, Saline, and beyond — but we still approach each one like it's our own.
Our name says it: Harbor — a safe place for your investment. Hearth — the warmth of a well-cared-for home.
